Description

Learn how we can reduce our food wastage and carbon footprint via composting and fermentation in this two hours workshop. There will be a demonstration on how to make Moroccan-style pickled lemons followed by a sampling session of fermented creations.

Pair them with your favourite mains to get a complete balanced meal, have them with crackers as a snack, or just eat them on their own. Go with your gut!
